Antony Davis

Antony has over 25 years post-qualification experience in the west end of London.

His practice includes company and commercial work ranging from large scale acquisitions and disposals of companies to the sale and purchase of company assets and everything in between.

He deals with property work of all types but with a bias towards commercial transactions. He also acts for various lenders on large scale advances secured on property.

Antony has successfully conducted litigation in the County Court, High Court and the House of Lords. In addition to fighting cases, he also has experience in alternative dispute resolution.

Antony is married with three children.

Robin Leigh

Robin specialises in all aspects of property with a particular emphasis on commercial property work and is involved in the acquisition, disposal, development and letting of all types of commercial real estate.

He also acts for various offshore trust companies in the acquisition and financing of both residential and commercial property and has much experience in secured lending for both lenders and borrowers.

In addition Robin has undertaken a considerable amount of work in corporate matters and in particular the acquisition and disposal of corporations for and on behalf of high net worth individuals.

Robin is married with 3 children.

Andrea Tankel

Andrea joined Leigh Davis in 1991 and was made a partner in 1993.

Andrea specialises in all aspects of residential and commercial property acting for foreign governments/institutions in relation to their property requirements, private investors, developers and non-domicile individuals.

In addition Andrea advises on matrimonial matters including divorce, civil partnership and children.
